I take television commercials as a reminder to GET UP AND MOVE! In the process I've discovered there are lots of things you can get done during the one to five minutes of commercials: everything from doing dishes by hand or loading the dishwasher, starting a load of clothes (or switching them to the dryer), sweeping the floor, or even just giving the dogs a 5 minute play time! :-)

Sometimes I find myself not getting anything done for being on the Spark website. Set your timer on your stove that will ring when time is up. It makes you get up to cut off the timer. It's okay, you can sign back on later in the day. Just set the timer! 128
I have a digital kitchen timer that I use to keep track of how many minutes I exercise a day, whatever I am doing. I think that using the timer and watching those minutes adding up motivates me to exercise that few minutes more.
