To get enough water I found if I fill up 4- 24 oz bottles and put them on the shelf in the refrigerator and reach for one as I finish one I can get my water in for the day. Fill the bottle back up and put it on the door for tomorrows water count. If you work take the bottles to work in a small ice chest. Drinking out of a bottle makes the water go down faster.

If you're new to drinking eight glasses a water a day, it can be daunting. Baby steps is one way to go. Can't drink a full glass of water? Drink a half glass, or even a quarter cup. The next day, try to double that amount. The secret is wherever you start, don't decrease, never take a step back. Either drink the new, tiny amount or add another half cup, or whatever you can tolerate. It may take a few weeks until you get eight glasses, but so what? The point is to go at your own pace. You can do it!
