In order to keep drains free of lint, rather than buy the the gadget the stores cell use old knee highs or panty hose. With the knee highs just cut a slit in the side and tie to the clip at the top of the hose, if using panty hose cut of a ten inch section from the foot and attach the same. Collects all the lint. emoticon

    I did this for years and it does work. A plumber gave me the tip, after having my pipes clogged.

    I agree with you, this works pretty nice now. However, hardly anyone is using stocking any more.
