Eat What You Want Day

On Weigh-In Days if I have been successful I reward myself by allowing the next day to be an eat what you want day. I don't track anything and I use this day to eat anything I may have been craving or depriving myself of. I find I don't actually overeat when I do this. I am always so proud of the good weigh-in that I don't want to spoil it and while I may not stay in my calorie range I don't blow it through the roof either. I find this helpful to just have a splurge day!
