A quick way to ensure you are having your veggies is to buy easy ones and take with you as a snack like cucumber, instead of slicing it, take a nice big bite and enjoy it like a fruit, same for tomato. You can also buy the lettuce and store in your work fridge, and you can wash a leaf or two and have a crunch. Who says vegetables were hard.

    I keep radishes, celery sticks, and carrot sticks in a pitcher full of water in the fridge. Ice cold and crunchy, there when I need 'em..

    Vegees n fruits are always a good choice 4 in between snacks.
