When I first started changing my eating habits 18 weeks ago it began with the decision to cut sugary sodas out of my diet. Sodas are good for nothing except adding pounds and increasing the risk for kidney stones. I used to drink sodas and energy drinks like there would soon be a shortage and I needed to guzzle while they were available. Now I drink water mostly. I do have several other beverages in the fridge like soymilk, Bothouse farms (some B farms drinks do have a lot of sugar though)...
I am not a coffee drinker so I buy unsweetened iced tea at the grocery store or when i eat at Subway. I feel less blah without the constant sugar IV I was hooked up to. I hope this helps.
