I try to have a cheat day once a month in order to eat what a I want.

MORE INFORMATION:
We have to face it, there are alot of items wth high calorie and it is hard to just have one. I have this cheat day because I can not believe I can eat the whole kitchen on that day but just have the desires of my taste buds. It is simply a cheat day to reward myself for doing so well 29-30 days

    My life has been so chaotic the past month I have been eating regular meals on weekends and than sticking to my calorie intake during the week and have found that it is actually helping me continue a steady 1 -2 lbs weight loss so far. I have just began doing some cardio workouts, and am hoping to increase the weekly weight loss. I have lost over 37 lbs since beginning of year.

    I give myself calories to have a treat everyday if I want. If I take a DAY to cheat, I over eat! EEKKK!
