trying to lose weight or stay in shape really not hard. 5 min a day of walking, running, jumping jack or even just cleaning is good exercise. it not in how many hours a day you do, but it in you moving around. sitting not going to help get the weight off. you also gotta drop the sweet, the greasy food and EAT RIGHT

Exercise first thing in the morning after awakening.
You will never miss if you do something first thing in the morning. Anything after that, is icing on the cake. i even sleep in my exercise clothes once in awhile, say if I get to bed a liitle late--saves me time in the morning.
My favorite is to flip on Getting Fit channel, the program is there for you to join in and move!
