trying to lose weight or stay in shape really not hard. 5 min a day of walking, running, jumping jack or even just cleaning is good exercise. it not in how many hours a day you do, but it in you moving around. sitting not going to help get the weight off. you also gotta drop the sweet, the greasy food and EAT RIGHT emoticon
