Signing up for a class will bring results. Everyone has to start somewhere! You will commit to yourself by putting the time on your schedule. You will learn how to do something you never tried OR improve to do it better. You'll be with others with like interests and have a built in support system. You may even find a new pursuit or become good enough to teach it yourself.

If you find yourself dreading exercise, consider taking a class at the gym. I found the energy of a group very motivating and love the music. Call or look at the class schedule on the gym's website and try out a class. You just may find it to be the boost you need!
I take classes in low impact aerobics, water aerobics, Zumba and Qigong. I am taking the classes with other people who are my age. This helps me to continue with the exercises having a suport group who are like me. I also have access to and use the fitness equipment on the days there are no classes.
My husband also goes with me to the exercise classes, it is wonderful for us to spend more time together and we are getting healthier at the same time. We meet new friends who have the same goals that we have.
I am taking online classes Full Time. Great savings for wear on the car and all expenses involved with driving over an hour. But... no hiking accross the parking lot or hauling books up and down stairs. So.... the two hours of driving I am not doing each day is easily spent on the Wii Fit Plus as a breat away from the computer every hour. 90
