Drinking green tea helps speed up your metabolism, which in turn helps you burn more calories. For an added bonus drink green tea 20 minutes before exercise to encourage more calorie burning. I donít actually like the taste of green tea, but am drinking green tea with peppermint or lemon so as to hide the taste. Green tea is also buzzing with anti-oxidants and so also helps improve your complexion, as well as other heath benefits.
Package grapes in groups of about 15 in small sandwich bags and stick them in the freezer. Grab a bag when you want to snack or for breakfast in the morning. I can actually eat a bag of frozen graps with a slice of pepper jack cheese and a cup of green tea with lemon and feel totally satisfied.
Because the grapes are frozen, it actually takes you longer to chew them and the coldness forces you to slow down, thereby giving your stomache enough time to feel satisfied.
