I FOUND THAT SINCE I HAVE NOT ONE BUT 4 WORKOUT BUDDIES, WHEN ONE WANTS TO SLACK OFF WE ALL MOTIVATE THAT PERSON BACK INTO OUR WEEKLY ROUTINE & IF ONE CAN'T MAKE I ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE TO WORKOUT WITH. PLUS THEY WON'T ALLOW ME TO SLACK & KEEP ME MOTIVATED & SHARE IDEA'S & RECIPES. emoticon

    I have a very good friend who is always working out biking, hiking, backpacking and she encourages. We try to go on 1 or 2 long walks every week. I also have friends at the gym to work out with.
