The secret to success in exercise is consistancy. Have a plan and work the plan. Make a list of what exercise you want to do on what day and have a checklist. IF you follow your check list you will be successful. emoticon

    I have to have a plan to do everything and exercise is one of them! If I don't plan ahead it never gets done.
