The secret to success in exercise is consistancy. Have a plan and work the plan. Make a list of what exercise you want to do on what day and have a checklist. IF you follow your check list you will be successful.

Our bodies give red flags when it cant hold the weight any more and or much longer. Those red signals and red flags are smoke signals somethings going to go wrong or has gone wrong. Listening to my body and respeciting it and loving myself- must be in there. And to get started- I found SP.
I do not like the consistancy of oatmeal! But I know the benefits of it. So instead of 'gag me with a spoon' by eating it the traditional way- hot water and making paste with it- I grind it in my magic bullet and make it into flour. I blend it with whole wheat flour to make healthy chocolate chip cookies for my family- they love it! 495
For measuring: I measure the oats BEFORE I grind them and then add to recipe with the whole wheat flour. If a recipe calls for 2 cups flour, I measure the oats as 1 cup, grind and then measure whole wheat flour.
