    I work out 5-6 days a week...except for the boot camp challenge i'm doing right now. I just do 1 boot camp 10-15 min workout on the off days and one boot camp workout in addition to my regular workout the rest of the week.

    Oh that is exactly what I needed to hear today - had a bad night, it is a gray day and I just mentioned to my husband that I really don't feel like exercising today - thanks for confirming that it is OK to take a day off occasionally - I will settle for our lunchtime walk
