Give yourself a better shot at getting your exercise done
I log my exercise first thing in the morning or early afternoon while at work. The benefit - when I get home, I am more likely to work out because I have already gotten the points and seen how many calories I burn if I do.
I also know that if I don't exercise, then I don't burn those, and I lose my sparkpoints because I have to remove it!!!33
When tracking foods you often eat, set up a group with everything you MIGHT have. It is much quicker to remove the foods you did not eat that day using remove multiple foods than it is to enter extras you had for. So my roast dinner includes beef, pork, chicken and turkey and I simply remove the meats I did not have. This works really well for veggies and salad too.243
This tool is great for keeping leftovers, and the bags help prevent freezer burn too. It definitely helps to eliminate wasted food. Use it to divide up your meats, fruits, veggies. Store them in the freezer or fridge for later use. Also great to extend the life of your ground coffee. Place your food in the bag, seal, place the vac on the designated spot, press and voila - it removes excess air in the bag.
