DH and I do this every morning . This really works to keep ourselves from ever putting the weight back on. emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
My weight is staying the same. If I really want to lose a little I could just cut out the ice cream sweet that we have quite often.

    Weight can change from day to day without meaning a real weight gain. There are many reasons, especially for women, of the weight fluctuations. Everyday weighting can lead to a suggestion that something goes wrong when in fact it doesn't.

    I also weigh daily as it helps me know if what I did the past day or two is working or not.
