Eating after 7pm is not recommended, especially if you will sleep right after. Stay positive. Grab a ripe banana or a granola bar. Those are really filling.

    This is soo true, I give my self 1 reward if I did exercise (like walk) after dinner, a cup of milk is great too! emoticon
