I do not like to cook and being single it is just not worth the trouble most of the time, but I have discovered I like raw/fresh veggies and fruit. My fave breakfast is a multi grain rice cake with 1 TBSP PB and raisins, 1/4 banana, and sliced strawberries. Add some fat-free milk and you're good to go.

At our house we are trying to eat healthy using fresh fruits. We have discovered a tasty breakfast or snack. We take the Arnolds sandwich thins spread with peanut butter (we make our own) and top it off with sliced strawberries from the garden. Yum yum. No need for sugary jelly!
I've been trying to avoid the sugary-sweet cereals that I used to get and instead have been buying cheerios, rice krispies, corn flakes, etc. While they're favorites of mine, they can taste bland after repeated breakfasts. I spice it up with a sprinkle of cinnamon (and maybe splenda). It's an instant boost for my taste buds, so I don't miss those other breakfast cereals.
Belvita breakfast biscuits are really tasty and they're very balanced nutritionally. I fnd that if I eat a package of them and a glass of milk, I'm full until lunch. It's a great grab and go breakfast for when you're running late and otherwise wouldn't be able to eat. TIP: there are 3 flavors, but the blueberry ones are the best--they taste like a crunchy blueberry muffin!4
