I do not like to cook and being single it is just not worth the trouble most of the time, but I have discovered I like raw/fresh veggies and fruit. My fave breakfast is a multi grain rice cake with 1 TBSP PB and raisins, 1/4 banana, and sliced strawberries. Add some fat-free milk and you're good to go. emoticon

    emoticon Hey LITTLEGIRLSMOM1, your cold cereal breakfast is what I eat for supper every night. I layer Mini Wheat (6), Cheerios Multi Grain (3/4 C), and All Bran (1/4 C). Then I top that with fruit and walnuts and a cup of Milk (fat-free). emoticon Yummy!

    My favorite breakfast is a serving of cold cereal with 1 cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries and a cup of cold fat free milk. I love how the milk freezes on the blueberries. LOL
