    I only weigh myself once a month. When I do It is always the 1st Friday of the month and always at the same time.
    I go to our local hospital and use the same scale.
    This,for me, takes alot of the sress out of being weighed.

    I agree. The less often I get on the scale, the more weight I lose. I only weight myself once a month. For some reason that works for me. I set a monthly goal and I have been reaching it. If I weight myself everyday, I set myself up for failure. Once a month is really working for me. - by ERNIESUE
