I drink a bottled protein shake on the way to work each morning, I have recently started to focus in on shaking it up...using each arm and varying the way I shake the bottle. It's probably silly but I figure something is better than nothing...plus, I think my bat wings are getting smaller! 334
To break the plateau is easy but not pleasant that day I only drink, water, hot tea, and only one protein shake the next day I ate light breakfast fruit and fiber and for lunch only green salad and for dinner a protein shake and I exercise 20 minutes more a day the third day I have the same but small amounts that day.
