I agree. Despite being a senior citizen, having some ache or pain almost all the time, and finding it harder to remember some things, I still feel about half my age. Maybe it's just that I don't want to accept that I am older than I ever imagined being. However, feeling young, or at least young at heart, keeps me interested, motivated, and moving.
