When I can't get on line to track foods, I write down everything I eat into a notebook. When I can finally log onto SP, I can log the info for the past days to see how I did calorie wise.

    Tracking my food intake is the most important thing that I can do to help my weight loss. When I do this, I see how many calories I take in and which foods have way too many calories and little value. I've learned that veggies are the best things that I can eat and have the fewest calories and fats. Seeing is believing. Undocumented food still has calories, but they also add weight. emoticon - by KENNETTAMETZ
