Have a summer party or a graduation coming up? Take the time to plan ahead for not only that day - but that week. Bump up the cardio a notch- watch your food intake on at least a day or two that week to allow for that little slip that might happen the day of the party.
Even when you have a day, a week, two weeks, or longer of slip ups just keep coming back, logging in, trying to log food, reading blogs and other things. Don't give up and quit but even when frustrated with yourself just keep coming back because it will click again. If you just quit and give up you're throwing away a chance to work through it. There's awesome support here if you just be persistant.
After a big party this weekend we had brownies, cookies, etc left over. After I gave most of them away I froze the rest in single serve packets so they are out of sight and there is no pressure to eat them before they go stale
