While sitting there at least suck your gut in and hold make sure you can feel the muscles in your stomach tighten and loosen, continue this action for at least 15-20 minutes it'll be like your laying on the ground doing crunches. Who says you have to stop at 20 minutes, if you like or can go for longer. :)
When you're running, or walking, or...whatever exercise you're doing, suck in your gut & keep it sucked in. Helps tone your mid-section & prevent injury, like back strain. Improves your posture & works your core. Try it next time you walk to the water cooler
