I love exercising no matter what the weather is. You use the step and the remote to control and track your exercise. The system is motivating and fun.

The wii fit is a wonderful tool for getting into shape. There are also many other wii games such as the biggest loser, my fitness coach 1 and 2, EA sports active and walk it out, to add variety to your workout. - by NEBRASKANURSE

  • So many people enjoy the active movements of the WII, but there are so many more that can not get up there and keep up with the technical stuff required to enjoy it. Back to the basics for them.

  • We have Wii Fit and I do the 20 minute run while on the mini trampoline. My goal is to stay ahead of my kids and husband on the distance in the time (without cheating of course). We have just discovered in a drawer Exerbeat for the Wii and it has boxercise, karate, aerobics, latin dancing on it...and as you do it it keeps track, has a daily challenge to do and takes you around the world which unlocks more exercises. There is also a fun family area that you can 'swim' in to get the farthest, toss the pizza, punch down a wall etc... fun, fun, fun if you can find it. Doing Exerbeat makes sparkfitness tell me that I need to adjust my fitness for my calories I do it so much. lol

Added bonus... We noticed the more we do it (my husband and I) the more our three boys do it too so they can try to beat our scores. BONUS!!!
