    Thank you for the link. My tracker is always telling me I am over on Fiber, I wish it could be changed, I am happy to ignore it after reading this .

    FIBER WORKS BY ABSORBING MANY TIMES ITS OWN WEIGHT IN WATER..drink lots of water. Aim to eat 25 to 35 grams of fiber per day. Eat raw veggies, wholegrains, nuts or seeds, celery stixs, broccoli and beans, Cheerios, Original Shredded wheat, Fiber One which has 14 Grams of Fiber. Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread has 8 grams of fiber and 25 carbs for three slices...make a triple decker.....

    Walmart's Equate Brand Fiber Therapy has 3 grams of fiber in each pill. I TAKE TWO PER DAY. Also ExtendBar helps control blood sugar for up to 9 hours, controls hunger and provides energy. Peanut Butter Delight has 1 net carb and 5 grams of fiber,available AT Walgreens or Publix for $4.49 for 4 bars. Or try Atkins Double Chocolate Crunch Bars with 11 Grams of fiber with 22 carbs...these are about 5.99 for 5 bars at Walmart.

    I never seem to get enough in my diet despite eating whole grains, raw fruits and veggies. Wish I could just once be told I had too much.
