Self motivation and the motivation of online friends
Endorphins are an amazing thing. I no longer dread getting up in the morning to do my morning walk. Some mornings it takes a little longer to warm up my muscles and get going but once I get going 244. I have to rein myself in to keep from overdoing it. I have an exercise high for the next hour or so. That feeling is my motivation for getting up and moving.198
