Breakfast is so important every morning, and I add a some extra fiber to mine by mixing 3/4 c All Bran with 1/4 c Cheerios and adding fresh fruit. The All Bran is easier to eat with another cereal, gives extra fiber and leaves you feeling fuller longer.
Equate Fiber Powder is a must for me, I use 2 Tbs. in 24 oz bottle of water and a sugar free Hawaiian Punch packet drink mix. You can use any flavor. Shake it up and put in the fridge to drink thru out the day. It helps me get my water in for the day and the extra fiber those of us who take certain medicines or don't get enough fiber for whatever reason.
Try adding the Benefiber or Fibersure when cooking your meals, making smoothies, spaghetti sauces, baking, your morning OJ, or whatever. No taste, not gritty and no one will know you added the extra fiber. Side effect with any fiber, gas.
