A Bedtime Snack prevents overnight blood sugar spike
Fruits are carbohydrates, when eaten alone, can sometimes elevate blood sugar levels. Protein acts as a blood sugar stabilizer by balancing the carbohydrates so always have a carb and a protein together and try to have a low cal snack before bedtime so there is no overnight spike.
