Yesterday for Breakfast, I had a bowl of Cereal (Special K with Red Berries) and 1% milk.
Lunch = I made a pot of Chicken Veggie Soup. I had 2 cups with a slice of sour dough bread.
Dinner = Chicken Crouquettes, green beans and tomato salad.
Snack = popcorn.
Pre dinner was 99. This am FBS = 122
I'm think I'm starting to get control....

    Congrats! My husband is prediabetic (if there really is such a thing) he tries to control his sugar levels with diet but has not been doing well..maybe I can learn somehting here to help him.I have a feeling he will be on meds soon!

    you are a great encouragement, I just started a few days ago and have a big battle in front of me.. I really had no idea I was eating so much..
I ate all my calories and fat limits before dinner.. but with this tool I can watch it and correct that. It's really good to know and see someone actually reversing Typell diabetes.. it's just more encouragement that with some effort and encouragement we can get this done.

    Thanks for your message --- I am a Type II diabetic OR NOT! I was diagnosed in 2003 and refused to take meds. I altered my diet and started exercising and now ... I am diagnosed as pre-diabetic and continuing to work to be nowhere near the pre stage either.
