I find it easier to drink more water throughout the day when I change up my water container. Instead of using the same water bottle, I switch up my water bottles at work every couple of weeks and I seem to drink more water throughout the day since it is something new.

Getting enough water in helps me stay hydrated and feeling better in every way. When I don't drink enough water, I feel bloated and "blah".
