We all know that at restaurants we usually split our meal and take half home to control portion size and calories.

Let's look at the size of our filled plates after we fix our own meals at home. Should we put half up for later?

    I usually do this when I go to a restaurant. I always get in a box home a half of my tray from a restaurant,but I never do it at home. Only think that this is a small step for success our weight loss.

    So true...I use a salad plate now which really helps me portion control.
