If you eat well most days, use the the food tracker snack category to list the foods that you shouldn't have eaten - the cookie, the soda, chips or wine. See how many extra calories those "bad" foods are. Maybe cutting out just those snacks will help you lose a pound or two.

    Could someone please explain how to track my food. I am new to SP and don't know how to do this.

    This is a great idea!I track everything,and mostly I choose good foods,but there are days when the food wins-it is a great idea to put it where it is easy to track what it does to the balance of my nutrition!
