My goal for the last week was to go down from 181 to 175. I weighed in every morning and took a pic on my phone of my results, made that pic. my home screen and looked at it through out the day because my phone is with me at all times. TODAY WAS MY BIG WEIGH IN DAY RESULTS: 173.4LBS.
The one thing people who are overweight hate to do is take pics. I post a pic of myself on the fridge and on the pantry door so when I reach for a snack I think twice. On my fruit bowl I place a pic of me thin or one of someone the size I want to be and reach for it instead.3
When your jeans aren't fitting don't put them in the draw for "someday" when you will loose weight. Instead leave them out as a daily reminder to keep healthy habits! Also take a pic of yourself in your favorite jeans (even if you can button) and post on your page or up in your home...it will motivate you to get back into them! How nice will it be to post a pic when you are reunited with your "skinny" jeans!
