One of my favorite methods of curbing a Chocolate craving is by wearing chocolate flavored/scented Lip Smackers lip gloss. The scent is really strong and the flavor is great too... almost like having the real thing, only without the calories or sugar.
Target sells TONS of flavors of Lip Smackers.
Well I discovered the best and most successful way for me this weekend at our christmas party was VEGGIES!!! I took a ton of them instead of the usual mashed potatoes with butter and gravy,,,cheese...bun with butter etc...I had a ton of turkey and a ton of veggies and it was delicious!! Still ahd dessert because I knew I made wise choices!!! So tempting but moderation at the buffet line seems to be the key!! :)
