I like to huddle with my Sparkteams! Each day when I get on SP,after logging in,I go right to the teams and after huddling with one team,I will go to the topics presented for that team as I get to chat w/other team members, but also EARN PTS as I am doing it! The FIFTEEN POINTS given for messages ADD UP rather quickly [each day] and EVERY TIME you chat about a topic on your team,it ADDS to your OVERALL POSTS [in which you get TWENTY -FIVE PTS EVERY TIME you reach 100 message board posts]!
I visit each of my team's huddles every day and send messages in reply to various posts (such as I need support or I'm making progress). Providing help and encouragement motivates me to stay on track.
I was doing very well with SP a while back but due to circumstances I let things slide. It took a while but now I'm back on track because I make sure to log in every day. I track my food and exercise faithfully. And I have been getting great support from my fellow SP team mates. 224
