I used to get so upset cause I could not eat the food in restaurant like I used to. I would really dwell on that. I love eating sausage eggs & cheese on biscuit, or big steaks with lots of Crusty bread, & butter. It stated with breakfast, than ran to Lunch, Dinner, and never stopped.. Now I know I still can have then later on smaller size, not every day. And not all meals.
My favorite is eggs, fried eggs with toast & cherry jelly, pork sausage.. Now I like to excerise, I talk alot now when I go to the Gym, it was borring before cause I would not talk to any one, I always stayed to my self.. Not no more... I talk with every one.. They need me just like I need them.

We can do anything we put our minds to if we try hard enough. We just can't expect it to be easy all the time. I survived cancer and I can survive this and be the person I want to be.
Determined to stay off the couch in the evening after a long day and exercise, I found if I sit on the floor I end up doing all my Calisthenics, yoga poses and stretching, while hanging with hubby and enjoying our tv show.
Pick up the pace on commercials or dance. Throw in sit ups or push ups and dips. Fast and hard so u raise your heart beat! Also, SP has some great short videos just the right length for commercials. Those minutes add up !!!
