Give yourself the gift of peace of mind: Don't berate yourself for making small mistakes, like slipping off your diet/exercise plans. Know that your intentions are 'honorable' and you'll get yourself back on track. Allow yourself to feel that you deserve all the good this world has to offer. Extend those good feelings to others. You will feel wonderful inside, and won't need to seek comfort from food.
When i feel happy with what i wear and how i look in myself is when i feel most motivated to carry on. So find those few items of clothing you like on yourself and when you're feeling down and ugly and you want to comfort eat, put that piece of clothing on and see that that good feeling is worth carrying on for!!!
