I met my goal about 3 weeks ago. It felt great! I wanted to have a party but decided that wasn't such a good idea. I have found that once I quit tracking what I eat (even for a day) I seem to have an issue of proportion eating. I have returned to keeping my log and it is working!

    Know what you mean. I just found Spark People a couple of days ago. I started tracking everything back in July - It really has opened my eyes on what a serving really is.
