I have tried diet plans A-Z, trust me I have... I probably have most diet books written, But, I finally found the perfect one for me. It has taken years, but, it is all of the foods I love and I am finally losing weight again! I am soooo excited!!! Never give up...there is a plan our there just for YOU!

If I am really wanting something like a treat or a particularly high calorie meal, I always try to track it first. Sometimes just punching in those numbers along with everything else I plan to eat will make me change my mind if all of my nutrients won't add up right because of it, and I find myself choosing something else.. And other times it fits into my plan just right and I can go and eat it guilt free!! Tracking ahead helps you made smart decisions! 3
