I have tried diet plans A-Z, trust me I have... I probably have most diet books written, But, I finally found the perfect one for me. It has taken years, but, it is all of the foods I love and I am finally losing weight again! I am soooo excited!!! Never give up...there is a plan our there just for YOU!

The secret is a MUFA( Monosaturated fat-packed foods) at every meal! I am on the Flat Belly Diet Plan and the first four days have lost 6 pounds! Prevention magazine is the editor of the book!

    I totally agree with you - I am using the Fat Belly Diet Cookbook and the 400 Calorie Diet and I am loving it. Easy, healthy and effective!
