Instead of letting media images of fit and fabulous women demotivate me, I decided to turn that on its head and use those images as a light to run towards.
There is a particular actress who, whenever I see her, I think looks amazing. Her body is fit, toned and fabulous.
So I took a screen grab of her in a bikini and posted it as one of my images.
Since posting, I look at this image at least once a day and remind myself that this is the body I'm working towards.
Its especially helpful to peek at whenever I THINK I want to have a snack. One look at that photo and I realize that a glass of water will do me just fine!
This way I'm winning in two ways, 1) I'm heading towards that bikini bod; and 2) I didn't give in to the sneaky snack temptation!
