On a few weekends I cook a few "large" meals. We than measure them ie a cup of chilli, put them in vacuum bags and freeze. They stay fresh for an extended period of time with the vacuum bags, we always have a variety on hand to take for lunch or for a quick dinner when we don't feel like cooking

It's usually cheaper to buy in bulk but I'm single. So, I invested in a vacuum machine. The bags are boilable, microwavable & resealable. And I limit my trips to the store. Even cheese can be cut into smaller chunks & vacuum sealed for months! Meat , whole grain cereals, cheese, brown sugar, whole grain flour - anything that might go bad or get bugs can be shrink wrapped! Food stays fresher, longer & I save money!!
Put a few drops of Spearmint Essential Oil on a cotton ball & put inside your vacuum cleaner bag. You will have a wonderful scent in your rooms when finished vacuuming. Any fragrance can be used - lemon or vanilla would be good too!
TV is on and I'm sitting on here comfortably. I know I have move and shake my body more. I just get up and just start moving around otherwise I'll never notice the difference. Don't think about it, stop being lazy, JUST MOVE!!!!
I take a walk, lift weights, do sit ups, squats, jump or run in place...sometimes I just vacuum the whole house
