These daily or weekly SparkPeople emails really do help with motivation. I have fallen (again) off track, but I admit to reading my emails for that extra nudge or reminder to get back on track. I really does help me get my day started as I have them in my emails as soon as I wake in the morning. I then get up an make my lunch including fresh fruits and vegetables for lunch and snack time.

I found these after reading about them in a Sparkpeople Email. Decided to give them a try. Do they taste like the decadent yummy chocolate muffins we would love to be eating? No...but they do satisfy a sweet tooth, and have 9 grams of fiber...I think they are pretty decent and keep them around for a quick start to a busy morning or a sweet snack in the afternoon.
