As soon as they are out of the crib, start training your child (or grandchild) to make the bed. Praise their efforts, don't go behind them and "fix" it. Children should do what they are able to do, and they can help around the house.

MORE INFORMATION:
If they grow up having chores and doing chores, it becomes their normal. Saves lots of stress later on for parents and the children.

    When they are born we count all their little fingers and toes and pronounce them perfect, then spend the next 18 years crippling them by doing everything for them! Mercy!
