I have tried to explain to my partner that I prefer to change my lifestyle and lose weight slowly but surely. He is adamant this is not the way to do it..........
He is an 'all or nothing' person. His idea of a diet is to stop eating pretty much all together and throw yourself into exercise. Yes he loses weight, no he doesnt keep it off. I am losing weight slowly, (1.5 stone since August). So slowly that he is not noticing .....YET.
