Whenever I exercise, i put $1 in a jar. When i eat clean and stay within calories, i put $1 in that jar. That jar is just for me, for whatever i want to buy. It might not seem like much, but after a while, it really adds up! and you don't even notice it!

Instead of rewarding yourself for results on the scale which can lead to disappointment, why not reward yourself for your healthy behaviors? Give yourself a reward for consistency, for eating right, drinking water, or sticking with an exercise plan
We tend to look to the scale for a sense of achievement, but there are many reasons why the scale might not reflect our hard work. Reward the things you DO have control over, such as what you eat, drink, and how much you work out.
