We got two dogs this summer... and we LOVE THEM! They are so cute and fun, but the neatest thing is, they NEED to be walked, and it keeps me from making excuses for not exercising! The dog whisperer says a dog needs two 45 minute walks a day... that's a LOT of walking!

We don't have a dog - but I think for those who can have dogs, it is a great idea to exercise your dog(s). - by ROZEEROZ1
  • I *Bellasize* with my rescued mutt, Bella daily. Being as she's part italian greyhound, she needs to exercise. We do a daily 4-mile treck to the center of town and back. I'm even meeting a lot of new acquaintances - especially other dog owners! - by BTRTHANEVA
  • Our two goldens each get a 30 minute daily walk. It looks like I need to add to that! - by LINDEE6
