    This is the best tip available. I'm living proof. I weighed 496 lbs 11 months ago, now I weigh 350. I increased my sleep from 4 hrs a night to 7 hrs. I know this to be true because I didn't start exercising until 6 months ago. The only thing I did initially is changed my eating habits and sleep more but I started shedding lbs immediately. - by HSAMUELS
    I like this.I have severe insomnia since I have been married and now have a house and mega bills etc. I don'tthink that is theonly reason. But I have had a hard time I think sleep is only a small part of the problem - by SEXYJWANABE
