If you have reached a plateau in your weight loss, try smarter not harder. Are we really eating what we think we are? Are we in a food or exercise rut?
Whatever you need to do, whether it would be eating less, exercising more, getting back on track or getting motivated praying works! God is always there when you are weak. He is your support even when no one else is around, you can't get on the computer, you have no time to call a friend, etc.
The weight loss program that works best for me is very simple and long term. It cost you absolutely nothing. The program is a bit difficult the first thirty days but then your system will adjust. Guys & Gals trust me, it's the only long term program that works. EAT LESS & EXERCISE MORE
