I know this has been said before but the true way to loose weight is eat less exercise more...eat the foods you love just watch the portions.. the weight won't drop off but slowly it will if you stick with it...make it your life style , work on a plan that fits how you live ....it really can work..find what makes you happy and helthy...

    I know that eating 6 times a day does not work for me. I just gain that way. I am going to eat less and exercise more. Even though it is most of the time under 1500 calories because even for at 1500 calories and meeting the right amount exercise it still does help me lose weight. I will never give up.

    This is so true! I have been on and off 'diets' fo 30 years or more of the 47years I've lived so far, and the reality is, unless you can change your lifestyle, diets are temporary. Increasing your activity level while adjusting your portions, is a far more 'do-able' and realistic way to lose weight.
