A few people that I know have found that temptation makes losing weight soooo much harder. I have a deep love of junk food, I've learned to substitute healthier choices for my regular junk foods and help keep me on track.
ex: doughnuts-- buy a doughnut pan and make muffins or cupcakes or find a low cal BAKED doughnut recipe
pizza-- when the family goes out & grabs pizza I have a lean cuisine DELUXE french bread waiting in the fridge
ice cream-- frozen yogurt
